Decent pie, long delivery wait.

Worst panzerotti I’ve ever had. There was lots of empty space, it was very thin dough and broke apart the moment I picked it it up. The vegetables inside had no taste, obviously frozen veggies which made the panzerotti watery. The pesto was grainy and flavourless as well. Like others have said, the panzerotti was smaller in size compared to other pizza places, but the same price. I’ll never order from here again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

Great pizza always. True Italian pizza. I am not sure if people know but they do have free toppings as ginger, garlic, chili peppers. Well for me I like to combine those with 3 toppings of my own to take it to 6 and that's an absolute mouthwatering pizza right there.

Everything was exactly as it was ordered, and it was ready 5 mins early when we went to go pick it up. The store was completely renovated since the last time I was there. The man behind the counter was very nice and courteous. We will def be back!

Awesome best pazzorotti in town

Food is decent but we order online and the past 4 times it’s been wrong. We use the app, so we get a free pizza after a certain number of orders but despite our order printing on a receipt, the staff has an inability to read and always misses things. I guess from now we will order elsewhere because this is a waste of our time to have to call after every order to fix what was missed. (Which after paying for delivery we would have to drive to go get...what’s the point of delivery at that point). Waste of time and money

Love this location. Their pizza is so delicious and the owner and so lovely. They have the BEST gluten free pizza around.

Walked in, ordered a medium gourmet deluxe. As opposed to a regular deluxe, bacon ( actual strips of bacon), tomatoes , mushroom, onions, green peppers. Took it back to my motel room. And WOW! , I HAVEN'T HAD PIZZA THIS GOOD IN 30 YEARS!!!!! I'd give ya five stars, but, i wanna leave ya something to reach for... lol great pizza.

Great tasting pizza! Ordered to our hotel room, a bit slow on delivery and a bit more expensive than some other pizza places but the pizza is worth it. Great tasting sauce and cheese!

Normally my favorite place to order pizza from but today I ordered double bacon on the whole thing and only ended up with bacon on half. Such a disappointment when I was craving goat cheese and bacon pizza, not just goat cheese.

Poor service and extreme issues with consistency. I have ordered pizza from this location for years. For the past 5 years the pizza has been excellent under the new Manager. Over the last few months the store has changed hands. Now just calling to order the pizza is difficult. If a new staff member answers the phone they seem to not understand the order and have to repeat everything over and yet it still comes out incorrect. The quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is a 10/10 other times it's a 3/10. Dominions Pizza is always the EXACT same every time the only problem is that it's a 7/10. I like Pizzaville sauce better that's why I have always used them but the hassle of ordering from them coupled with the chance of getting a 3/10 quality pizza has finally converted me so that I will NEVER order a pizza from them again.

I often order from Pizzaville, and it’s always been an amazing experience. Last night(April 16) I ordered 2 large pizza, two things of wings, and garlic sticks with cheese. Everything was burnt, and the wings were really soggy, when I asked for crispy wings with sauce on the side but they came with the sauce on them. Last night was just a terrible experience, my kids wouldn’t eat the pizza because it was burnt all along the crust and the garlic bread was completely burnt. Pizza order cost me almost $60, and it was terrible. Definitely not a happy customer last night. Delivery guy was great though, very friendly and happy!

Great pizza in a rush and lots of other menu items to choose from, my favourite is the wings. The staff here are always friendly even when they are super busy, the owner has picked the best staff.

Great gluten free pizza

This was our first time ordering from Pizzaville ever. We had a large pizza as well as a small gluten free pizza and some chicken wings.My wife really enjoyed her gluten free pizza. I enjoyed my pizza as well although the spicy potato topping was more spicy than I would have preferred. The chicken wings were just OK but the again it’s a pizza restaurant not a wing place. Order was ready in less than 25 minutes. Nice clean organized store.We will definitely be returning.

Ordered from pizzaville tonight.. I ordered a well done Greek pizza. With extra cheese. It was a my reward pizza. When I received the pizza the driver did not read instructions and woke up my neighbor in the same building by knocking on his door fairly late.. drivers need to follow instructions better!!The pizza was underdone and not well done. Wings were soggy and everything needed further cooking. Very disappointing. I gave up on pizzaville once already and thought I’d give them another chance but to even worse results. There staff needs some more training as to what a well done pizza looks like. It’s not rocket science. Be patient and cook the pizza as specified. No excuse for an underdone pizza when you order it well done. I’ll give pizzaville one more shot in the future cause used to be excellent but there on strike 2 with me now. Major piss off getting undercooked food

Delicious pizza but unacceptably long waiting time on summer weekends. You better pre-order or prepare yourself for a 40 minutes wait.

I ordered a pizza tonight for pickup, when I arrived the staff didn’t have a record of my order but after looking into it found that the order taker mistakenly forwarded my order to the wrong store. My pizza was made immediately and given to me at no charge. They accepted responsibility and sealed the deal with great customer service. Thanks guys, that’s the way to take care of your customers!
